The Leupold QR Quick Release mounting system is made of solid steel and allows you to quickly remove your riflescope for storage and transportation, then reattach your scope and return to within half a minute of angle of the original point-of-impact on the target. The QR mounts are made of solid 12L14 cold rolled bar stock, using the latest CNC machine tools and techniques, right here in Leupold's Oregon factory. Tolerances are held to as little as 3/10,000 of an inch. This base comes with Torx screws and Torx driver. This base is brand new and ready to ship.
